Personal fitness to me is not solely about looking a certain way; instead it is about starting to find and do the things that I have always aspired to do. My favorite goals for people are ones that have nothing to do with something in the gym. They are the ones like ‘I want to be able to play catch for a half hour with my kids in the yard without getting winded.’ Or ‘I want to be able to go out hiking with my friends instead of going out to eat.’ If you can be challenged to be your best with me for 30 or 60 minutes, you will find that your everyday activities and adventures will become much easier and more enjoyable.
Hobbies aka Adventures:
Horseback riding; mud runs, especially the Tough Mudder; Running; Rollerblading; Tennis; Fishing; Archery, and much much more.
