Kettlebells - Kettlebells deliver extreme all-round fitness. The Russian kettlebell can replace barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and cardio equipment, just to name a few. Kettlebell training torches calories and builds a physique unlike any other. The basis of kettlebell training is strength and mobility.
